About us and how to reach us
We handle DNA testing enquiries in Delhi — helping people work out which test applies to their situation, and what the result would actually tell them.
Who we are
We are a Delhi-based team working in DNA identity and relationship testing — parentage, kinship and DNA profiling. Most people who contact us have never arranged a DNA test before and are not sure where to start: which test to ask for, who needs to be involved, or whether a test will even answer their question.
That first conversation is the part we take seriously. It is usually the difference between arranging the right test and paying for one that cannot give a clear answer.
Why people come to us in a hurry
A lot of our work is urgent. Reports can be issued in as little as 5 hours for many tests, and people who need an answer to a deadline usually find that matters more than anything else.
We would rather tell you at the start that your case cannot be rushed than take the booking and miss the date.
Our approach
Confidentiality and how we communicate
This work touches on private family matters. How an enquiry is handled matters as much as the science behind it.
You decide how much to share
A first conversation needs no names, no documents and no explanation of why you are asking. We only need to know which relationship is in question and who could give a sample.
Nothing is booked before it is understood
We go through the test, who takes part and what the report can show. If a test would not answer your question, we will tell you that rather than take the booking.
Communication stays discreet
We reply on the channel you contact us from — phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. We do not discuss an enquiry with anyone other than the person who raised it.
How enquiry information is stored and used is set out in ourPrivacy Policy.
